Here are more pictures from Thomas' big adventure today at the mall.

Thomas met Santa today

Here's Thomas, happy as can be on Santa's lap. He has a big smile because he knows that they will be life long friends.

Thanksgiving with the McIlvaine Family

We had such gorgeous weather this past week. We went to Great Falls park on the Friday after Thanksgiving and then we went to Sugarloaf Mountain on Saturday. Thomas loved being on daddy's back. He also had lots of quality time with his nana, papa, aunts, uncles, and most of all his cousins!

Football Nap

Thomas felt comfortable taking a nap during the Notre Dame vs. Navy game on 10/28 after we had a comfortable lead! He sure does take after his Papa!

It was great having Thomas in his Notre Dame outfit every Saturday this fall.

A you're adorable

Here's Thomas at 6 months, sitting up just fine on his new mat, munching on one of the letters. He now eats solid foods with a little help from the "bait and switch" method. He seems to enjoy eating now that he can pick up little Gerber puffs and feed himself.

Aunt Anne, Uncle Joe and Uncle Marty

This picture is from our visit to see my Godparents on September 28th. Thomas got to meet his great-great Aunt Anne and Uncle Joe. Thomas also met his great Uncle Marty from Alabama, who was visiting that week.

I miss you already Uncle Greg!

Thomas had a few minutes of one on one with his Uncle Greg on Sunday before he left for Iraq. We'll miss you Uncle Greg! I'll be big and strong when you get back, but mom says I can't play guns with you yet!

Meet Thomas Jackson's friend, Jack Thomas

We went to our friends' house for the first Notre Dame game and Thomas met Karen and Corey's son, Jack Thomas Manley. Both of the boys sported their Notre Dame outfits, but neither one of them stayed up to see them win!!!!

Now, now, Thomas, smile for the camera

Sitting up for the first time

So what do you think of this? I was over at my friend Rachel's house and mommy was surprised to see me sit up all by myself!

My Grandma is really comfortable!

Not only does Grandma Hanssen feed my mommy and daddy well on Sunday nights, she lets me sleep in her lap.

I just can't wait until I can have her dinner and dessert.

Also, I just wanted to remind everyone to wish my Grandma a Happy Birthday next week!

Hey Damien....You may be bigger than me, but I'm still older!

My new home....the exersaucer!

Here's Thomas at 5 months with his new toy!

"Daddy, show me how these toys work!"

Litchfield Beach 2006

Here we are after church. Of course George is missing, off flying around the Northwest somewhere.
I saw the sunrise at 6 a.m...thanks to Thomas

Fun with Abby, Daddy, and Nana

I can walk Papa! Just don't let go of my hands!

The Bumbo

Thomas loves his Bumbo. It's a great invention. It is a chair that helps babies sit up before they are physically capable to do so. Now he can see Amber and Springer at eye level...which also means that Amber can lick his toes.

Can you see me now?

Tummy time

It took Thomas almost 3 months to lift his head when he was on his tummy. He didn't like tummy time very much. Jack appropriately called it....torture time! But now he sleeps on his tummy which makes him an even better sleeper.

Bath time with Nana

Thomas loves bath time. Nana gave him all of his baths until he was 2 months old. I think I was afraid to do it. I am brave enough now, which is a good thing. Otherwise, my son would be a grease monkey.

Cousins Big and Small

On Mother's Day, Thomas met his cousin Damien Beglis. They are 3 weeks apart in age, but Damien is already bigger than Thomas! In just a few months the wrestling matches will begin. I can only hope it will be several years before Jim and Jack take them hunting!

Thomas was Baptized on May 7th, 2006

Thomas was a little angel for his Baptism. He was less than a month old and he didn't cry at all. It was great to have our family and friends there to share in this great occasion. Many thanks to those who helped with the reception.

If you think I'm cute......

Here's Thomas at two weeks and three months. I think he looks just like his daddy but most people say he's a mix of his parents.

Sleepy Baby

Here's Thomas when he was 2 DAYS old. You will see a theme on his blog......he likes to sleep.
I am blessed with a baby who sleeps 10 hours straight through the night.

Well, most nights anyway!

Hello, my name is Thomas

Well here I am! After 41 weeks in hotel mommy I was evicted at 4:23 p.m. on April 13th, 2006.

Mommy and daddy named me Thomas Jackson but they call me Thomas, or baby!

I am now almost 4 months old but I will show you lots of pictures of me growing up in Leesburg.
